Acceptance & Applicability of Terms

By accessing the a71 website or mobile platform, or by using any of its services, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh and apply to all registered and unregistered users of a71. They come into effect from the moment registration on the platform is completed.

Users must be at least 18 years of age.
Users accessing the platform from outside Bangladesh are solely responsible for compliance with their local laws.
A71 reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time; users will be notified before any changes take effect.

Account Creation & Security Rules

When creating an account on a71, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Accounts created with false or misleading information may be suspended or closed at any time.

Each user may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a punishable violation.

Keeping your password confidential and secure is your responsibility.
Any unauthorized access to your account must be reported to the a71 support team immediately.
Using an account under another person's identity or on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
Any documents requested for identity verification (KYC) must be provided promptly.

If a security risk is identified, a71 reserves the right to temporarily lock the account and may initiate a re-verification process if necessary.

User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Guidelines

When using the a71 platform, you are required to comply with the following. a71 reserves the right to take appropriate action in the event of any violation.

Prohibited Activities:

Fraudulent or Deceptive Activity
Automated betting using software or bots
Money laundering or illegal financial activities
Harassing or intimidating other users
Exploiting technical vulnerabilities on the platform

Expected Conduct:

Using the platform for lawful purposes only
Providing accurate personal information and keeping it up to date
Bet & Play Responsibly
Contacting the support team honestly whenever needed
Staying Informed About Changes to the Terms

A71 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and, where necessary, report relevant information to law enforcement authorities.

Payment, Transaction & Financial Policy

All financial transactions on the a71 platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Deposits, withdrawals, and bonus-related matters are all processed in accordance with the platform's established rules.

Deposit: Deposits must be made from the user's own verified payment method. Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted.
Withdrawal: Withdrawals will be processed once identity verification is complete. Requests will be handled within the designated timeframe.
Bonuses & Promotions: Each bonus comes with specific wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated before acceptance.
Transaction Cancellation: In cases of suspicious activity, a71 may suspend or cancel any transaction.
Currency: All amounts are displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT); applicable exchange rates apply for any conversions.

In any financial dispute, a71's records shall serve as the final and conclusive evidence.

Limitation of Liability & Disclaimers

A71 strives to deliver its services to the highest standard. However, a71's liability will be limited in the following circumstances:

Losses caused by internet disruptions, server downtime, or technical failures.
Losses resulting from the user's own negligence or unauthorized third-party actions.
Data loss due to malware, hacking, or cyberattacks (though a71 takes all reasonable measures to ensure maximum security).
Financial losses arising from betting or gaming are entirely the user's own responsibility.
Any loss arising through third-party services or links.

Account Suspension, Closure & Intellectual Property Policy

A71 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

Serious or repeated violations of these Terms and Conditions.
If fraud, deception, or suspicious activity is detected.
Failure to submit identity verification documents in a timely manner.
In compliance with judicial or legal directives.

In the event of account closure, any balance refund will be determined based on the outcome of the investigation.

Intellectual Property

The logo, design, content, software, and all brand elements of the a71 platform are protected by a71's intellectual property rights. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use these elements for commercial purposes.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and enforced in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh.
The courts of Bangladesh shall have jurisdiction over any disputes or legal proceedings.
